How does confidence affect our everyday lives and health? How does eating well and exercising boost our levels of confidence? These are some of the themes that will be celebrated and explored as part of the 2014 Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week which will run from 1 – 5 September.

If you ever needed an excuse to take some time out to focus on your health…to learn more about empowering yourself…to be inspired to take action in your life – then Women’s Health Week is for you!

The event kicks off on Monday 1 September at Federation Square in Melbourne where there’ll be fitness demonstrations, health advice on offer and loads of giveaways.

Then, over the course of the five days, the Jean Hails website will feature a range of online events including podcasts by women’s health experts and celebrity ambassadors – as well as recipes, interactive message boards and informative articles.
