This week, Deborah sits down with two of Australia’s leading life coaches, Shannah Kennedy and Lyndall Mitchell to discuss why these feelings exist in our lives today and how we can take control, rediscover ourselves and gain confidence.

Shannah Kennedy is a leading business and life coach and bestselling author and Lyndall Mitchell is an award-winning entrepreneur and Australia’s go-to wellness expert. They met many years ago on their kid’s first day of prep and have been friends ever since.

Within Chaos to Calm, there are 16 essential skills covered and the coaches wrote a chapter each to develop the collaboration and compliment their different perspectives.

The coaches were then “brutally honest” when editing their counterpart’s chapter.

“We can tell each other what we don’t like,” they laugh.

“We both want the same thing. We are really passionate about educating people on the basics and doing the basics really well, “said Shannah.
