Combined with the practice of yoga, the benefits appear to be more than just physical according to Lee, who confesses she feels like a superhero after a fasting day.

“I can do a weeks worth of work in a day after fasting,” said Lee.
Lee encourages us to challenge our “lazy patterns” of snacking when we feel hungry and introduce fast days to our routine to help cleanse the body.
