Sign up NOW for Women’s Health Week

By

Jean Hailes logoJean Hailes is calling on women to sign up now to Women’s Health Week to ensure they’re part of this important awareness week, which shifts the focus back on their own health and wellbeing.

“By signing up you’ll receive free health tips, recipes, videos, podcasts and more, aimed at inspiring you to live a healthier life,” says Jean Hailes director Janet Michelmore AO.

“It’s easy to be part of the week. You can simply sign up to receive the daily information or consider hosting an event in your area. It could be a morning tea, a fun health information session, a workplace activity or sporting club event,” says Ms Michelmore.

This year more than 60,000 women are expected to take part in over 1,500 events around the country and already 25,000 have registered to receive the free health-related content emailed to them each day during Women’s Health Week.

Everyone signing up will go in the draw to win a $250 2XU voucher.
