Bestselling author, life coach and relationships expert Dr Dain Heer says that when it comes to resentment and anger we must ask ourselves if it’s in our best interest to hold onto these emotions within a relationship.
He says that even when we know we are ‘right’ and even if we have been done ‘wrong’ by our lover, mother, brother or friend – we need to remember that holding on to negative emotions is bad for our health and wellbeing.
