Goal setting

Another year gone… and time to reflect

By

New Year is a time to reflect on the past year, says our Balance coach, Noni Boon.

Every year I tend to think, OK, what was really great about this year and how did I benefit rather than looking back on what was terrible and what I want to change next year,” Noni says.

New Year’s resolutions are just [about] goal-setting really, and goal-setting is good provided that you stick to your goals and don’t let yourself down and let yourself off the hook,” she says.

Noni Boon is a holistic wellbeing specialist, writer, international bestselling author, motivational speaker and graphic designer.

As a member of the International Positive Psychology Association, she invests much time and energy keeping up to date with the tremendous movement of positive psychology. Noni designed and created a five-principle program called SHARE that encompasses movement and health, how art influences and has parallels with life, the holistic counselling model, archetypal patterns and the wellbeing theory.
