New Year is a time to reflect on the past year, says our Balance coach, Noni Boon.
“Every year I tend to think, OK, what was really great about this year and how did I benefit rather than looking back on what was terrible and what I want to change next year,” Noni says.
“New Year’s resolutions are just [about] goal-setting really, and goal-setting is good provided that you stick to your goals and don’t let yourself down and let yourself off the hook,” she says.
Noni Boon is a holistic wellbeing specialist, writer, international bestselling author, motivational speaker and graphic designer.
