In this video one of Australia’s most talked about fitness celebrities, Michelle Bridges, reveals what she’s most proud of and how she stays grounded.
“I’m very proud of my online program. It’s done extraordinary things for so many people and it’s brought people together who would otherwise have not come together,” Michelle said.
“I’m proud of the fact that I have been able to stay true to who I am. I’m pretty grounded. It’s not always easy to be that when you get caught up in the world of the media.
“I believe a key factor is to not try to be anyone other than who you are and that comes with all the flaws. In my book I call it flaw-some.”
The next round of Michelle’s 12 Week Body Transformation begins next week. https://www.12wbt.com/
