What we're talking about

Love is in the air

Does Valentines Day remind you of love and romance or do you believe it’s just another date in the calendar that entitles the shops to make a grab for our money?

Either way, this Valentines is as good a time as any to talk about one of our fundamental keys to balance – our relationships. And this week we have some very good advice for you.

Esma Versace has put together a list stylish gift ideas for the woman in your life (you might want to email this one with your relevant partner or just leave it displaying on an ipad you “happen” to leave lying around the house in strategic locations)

We’ll also publish an article from Dain Heer about letting go of the expectations of Valentines Day and Tuesday we’ll publish his top 3-tips for having an unconventional Valentines Day.

Dain is one of our most popular life coaches here on Balance and in his last interview with Deborah he gave us some advice on;

  • Letting go of resentment
  • Bad relationship vs no relationship
  • How a simple pause can save a fight with a partner.

Keep watching Balance this week for these great segments and more.

For those of you who may not have received the Valentines you wished for, we’ve got some great tips from Noni Boon on how to move onwards and upwards from rejection.

We also have some yummy pancakes for breakfast from Lee Holmes and our regular daily postings from Emotional Fitness Coach Cynthia Morton which are always full of fantastic relationship and love advice.

One of our all time personal favourite Word Vitamins from Cynthia is her Why Love post. You can read it here.
