A word from our coaches

How are you defining success?

Take a look at your life. Your work. Your relationships.

What is your definition of success?

How does that definition drive your behaviours, your beliefs, your habits?

What is it that you are working so very hard for?

For money.

For fame.

For approval.

For likes.

For satisfaction.

For meaning.

For love.

To please.

To fit in.

To be seen.

To be heard.

To move up. Level up. Step up.

What is enough? When will it be enough?

When will you know you have ‘arrived’?

Do you know the answers to these questions?

Are you being truthful?

I’ve had definitions of success. One version in my twenties. Another in my thirties. Yet another now in my forties.

It’s the clearest and smallest definitions that have served me best.

Happy child. Connected family and friends. Healthy body. Fulfilling work.

To live in my highest purpose. To be of the greatest service.

That’s mine. Success for me is right there.
