HONOURING our hearts true feelings does not make us weak, it makes us wise.

Our heart’s honest answer is not always yes, but it is always loving because it is our truth and without that we live without HONOUR.

It is worth taking the time to really consider how loyal we are to our own private sense of HONOUR with ourselves. When situations become challenging or dysfunctional are we strong and wise enough to ‘end it’ with love and HONOUR or do we ‘continue it’ in fear and pretense?

Nobody speaks about it in my view better than Nelson Mandela…

“HONOUR belongs to those who never forsake the truth even when things seem dark and grim, who try over and over again, who are never discouraged by insults, humiliation and even defeat”.

Hmmmm. I still have some work to do on this one. How about you?

Lotsa love Cynthia xxx
