Daily Word Vitamin

Once we become willing to surrender our ego in order to make way for HEALING and allow more love into our lives, our UNHEALED places and unloving behaviour will then commence to surface to make room for more love.

Relationships that only allow us to avoid our fragile UNHEALED areas will cease to satisfy us.

We begin to realise we have been hiding in these relationships just coping in fear not living in love.

So today if we find ourselves or others feeling fragile or behaving unlovingly this often means we are on track with HEALING, not off track.

Sometimes emotional bush fires are the most effective way to clear dead wood in our relationships so we have nowhere to hide, gifting us with courage and new growth.

I wish you a day ahead full of HEALING even if it starts with just taking off your shoes, going for a stroll and allowing Mother Earth to gently kiss and massage your soles and soul.
