Facebook fiascos and learning to navigate the changing face of business advertising

By

Local Brisbane businesses will be treated to some international standard training this month with two rock stars of the USA digital marketing scene in town for an exclusive workshop.

Digital marketing is fast becoming an essential part of any business operation, with the majority of consumers now validating and searching for goods and services online.

However, in this complex and evolving online landscape, even the most savvy business owners are wasting money and being left behind by the constant changes to online advertising platforms.

Which is why Ominchannel Media Group (parent company of Balance) has become the Australia event partner of one of the USA’s most respected digital marketing education companies – Digital Marketer and is now importing speakers directly from America for exclusive events in Australia.

“One of the speakers at our next event, Molly Pittman as one of the world’s most experienced Facebook strategists. She has a direct line into the team at Facebook HQ and is working closely with ManyChat one of the apps that manages Facebook messages,” OMG Managing Director Sonya Keenan said.

“She was also vice president of Digital Marketer and has run more than $8 million in facebook ads, testing every feature, option and strategy available to customers.

“Why stumble around blindly, wasting money on boosting posts when you can get strategy and advice from someone like Molly?”

According to Sprout Social statistics, Facebook reaches 2.2billion monthly active users around the globe and 93% of marketers say they have used Facebook advertising which translates to more than 3 million businesses, 70% of which are outside the USA*.

On April 20, Omnichannel Media Group will host Molly Pittman and Digital Marketer former content editor Lindsay Marder for a one-day boot camp focusing on Facebook and content marketing.

Held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition centre, the workshop will have a maximum of 150 participants.
