“Women are natural born nurturers and tend to nurture everybody but themselves” Noni says.
“We often feel guilty about giving to ourselves,” she says.
“But if you’re not giving to yourself, you are depleted and drained, low on energy and often feel depressed.”
Noni says valuing yourself is not about being selfish but making sure you are able to nurture others.
