I will be hosting a 60 minute Master Class of Wellness on the cruise to really help us focus and go deeper in our relaxation and wellness journey.
Participants of the Master Class of Wellness will leave with practical skills to enhance their personal well-being. We will focus on how to reduce stress and apply techniques and strategies to change old habits. Each participant will complete a series of worksheets that will form the basis of a well-being action plan. This will be a thought-provoking session to inspire self-care and enhance overall well-being.
